These terms apply when you use this site and when you buy a report from it. The site is operated from Australia. You can reach us at support@loopryn.com.
The quizzes
Taking a quiz is free and needs no account. Our quizzes are for self-reflection and educational purposes only. They are not scientifically validated psychological assessments and do not provide medical or mental-health diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice.
A result describes patterns in the answers you gave. It isn’t a judgement about you.
Buying a report
A full report is written for the quiz result you had when you paid. Its price is shown before you pay, and that’s the total we charge. It’s a one-time payment, with no subscription and no account.
Prices are in US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank may add its own conversion fee.
Payment is handled by Stripe on its secure checkout page. Your report unlocks once we’ve confirmed the payment with Stripe.
Access to your report
Your report opens in the browser you bought it in, for 30 days. There’s no account, so access doesn’t move to other browsers or devices. You can save a PDF copy at any time and keep it for good. The Report access policy explains how this works and what happens if something goes wrong.
Refunds and your consumer rights
Our reports come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, and you may have similar rights under the consumer laws where you live. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
If your report doesn’t open, or you lose access during your 30 days, contact support. Because we don’t keep copies of reports, we put it right with a full refund of that payment to your original payment method. If something else is wrong with your report, contact support and we’ll provide the remedy the law requires.
We don’t offer refunds if you simply change your mind after reading your report.
Using your report
Your report is for your own personal use. Please don’t resell or republish it. The quizzes, results, and reports are our original work and are protected by copyright.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, and the date at the top changes when we do. The terms in place when you bought a report continue to apply to that purchase.
