Report access policy
Report access is provided in the browser used for purchase for 30 days. Save a PDF copy for continued use.

What you get
A full report written for the quiz result you had when you paid. It opens as soon as we’ve confirmed your payment with Stripe, and it stays fixed to that result: retaking the quiz doesn’t change it.
How access works
- There’s no account. Access is held by a cookie in the browser you paid in.
- It lasts 30 days from payment.
- It doesn’t carry over to another browser or device.
- Clearing this site’s cookies, or closing a private browsing window, ends access in that browser.
Keeping a copy
Use Save as PDF on your report at any point during your 30 days. It uses your browser’s own print option, and the PDF is yours to keep and move between devices.
We don’t email reports or host PDF files, and we don’t keep a copy of your report or your answers, so we can’t send one later.
After 30 days
Access in your browser ends. Any PDF you saved is yours to keep.
If you can’t open your report
Contact support with your checkout email and Stripe receipt number.
If you paid and your report didn’t open, or you lose access during your 30 days, we’ll confirm the payment with Stripe and refund it in full to your original payment method, unless it has already been refunded. We can’t rebuild a lost report, because we don’t store reports or answers, so a refund is how we put it right.
Change of mind and your rights
We don’t offer refunds if you simply change your mind after reading your report. That doesn’t limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that apply to you: if your report isn’t as described or doesn’t work, you’re entitled to a remedy.
